In an emergency

Linea can't help with medical emergencies. If you have severe symptoms or think you've taken too much, call 911 or your local emergency number now. For questions about your medication or dose, contact your prescriber or pharmacist.

Top questions

Quick answers.

How do I back up and restore my logs?

Linea syncs every log and progress photo to your private Linea account while you're signed in. On a new phone, install Linea, tap Sign in, choose Sign in with Apple with the same Apple ID, and your history comes back in a few moments.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Linea and tap Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Your free tracker keeps working after Pro ends.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Open Linea, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I export or delete my data?

Settings › Export all data creates a CSV of every shot, weight, symptom and intake entry. Settings › Delete all my data removes every log from your iPhone and your account; Settings › Delete account also deletes the account itself. Deleting can't be undone, so export first if you want a copy.

What does the estimated level chart mean?

It's a model of how much medication may be in your body over time, built from the doses you log and each drug's published half-life. It helps you see your rhythm between shots. It is not a lab value and shouldn't be used to decide when or how much to inject.

Can I track more than one medication?

Yes, with Linea Pro you can track several medications or a stack side by side, each with its own schedule and line on the level chart. The free tracker covers one medication.
