The agreement

Linea is an iOS app operated by Master Software. Your use of the app is governed by these terms together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two ever conflict, Apple's EULA wins.

A tracking tool, not medical advice

Linea helps you record what you take and when. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist or other licensed provider.

Linea never recommends a medication or a dose. Medications, doses and schedules in the app are the ones you enter. Label schedules and calculators are shown for reference and record keeping, and their results depend on the numbers you put in.

Estimates are models, not lab values

The estimated level chart is a mathematical model built from your logged doses and published half-life data. Real levels vary from person to person. It can't measure what is in your body and should never be used to decide when or how much to inject.

Your account

You need an account to use Linea, created with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your Apple ID. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account, which permanently removes it and your synced data, as described in our privacy policy. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service.

AI features

Linea Pro includes AI meal scan and Linea AI, which use a third-party AI provider. Their answers are automated estimates and general information. They can be wrong, they are not medical advice, and they never recommend or change a dose. Nutrition estimates from a photo are approximate. Don't rely on Linea AI in an emergency: call 911 or your local emergency number. Daily usage limits apply so the service stays available for everyone.

Your responsibility

Follow your prescriber's instructions and the medication's labeling. Check calculations before you use them. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Subscriptions

Linea Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $49.99 a year after a 7-day free trial, or $9.99 a month (US prices; local prices may differ). Apple bills it to your Apple ID, it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Limitation of liability

Linea is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Master Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any health decision made using information in the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Linea in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. We will post the new version here and move the effective date. Continuing to use Linea after a change means you accept it.
